LAKE HAVASU CITY – A Las Vegas man was killed in a July 4 traffic accident four miles north of Lake Havasu City.


A spokesperson with the Department of Public Safety said Miguel Guerrero-Santana, 36, was dead at the scene of the 5:30 a.m. crash on Highway 95.

DPS said Guerrero-Santana was southbound when the Ford Ranger he was driving crossed the center line, colliding head on with a northbound F-250.

The driver of the F-250 and a passenger in the Ranger were transported to hospitals for treatment of their injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
