WHAT:     Jehovah’s Witnesses have launched their annual conventions in venues across 180 different lands. Locally, thousands will be traveling out of state to attend.


This year’s theme is Be Courageous! Globally, people are clearly dealing with more anxieties and fears than ever before. Courage can help us all face these various pressures. Everybody is welcome to listen and benefit from the practical advice found in God’s word, the Bible.

The program will include talks, audio dramas, interviews, videos and a feature film entitled “The Story of Jonah - A Lesson of Courage and Mercy.” Music videos, song and prayer will open each day at 9:20 am.

WHEN: English conventions are July 20-22 and July 27-29. Spanish conventions are     Aug. 3-5 and Aug. 10-12.

WHO: Jehovah’s Witnesses from more than 100 local congregations invite everyone from Southern Nevada, Southwest Utah and Northwest Arizona to attend.

Admittance is free and there will be no money collections.
