KINGMAN - The Pine Lake Fire District is governed by a five person Board of Directors At the end of November, three of the five Board seats became vacant by expiration of term.

With only two remaining Directors, Arizona law requires the Mohave County Board of Supervisors to appoint interim District Board members to fill the vacancies.

Candidates for the District’s Board of Directors must be, and during incumbency must remain, qualified electors of the District and must be a resident of the District for at least one year immediately preceding the November 6, 2018 election. Candidates may not serve if they are related by affinity or consanguinity within the third degree to any current District Board member.

Any candidates wishing to be considered for the vacant positions are encouraged to submit letters of interest, on or before December 13, to the Mohave County Clerk of the Board by the following avenues:

After reviewing the Letters of Interest, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors may select the interim Board members. The Supervisors anticipate making the selections at their regular meeting on December 17.
