KINGMAN – Tim Carlson of Martin Swanty Kia in Kingman finished among the top Kia technicians in the nation at the 2018 Kia Skills National Cup competition held at Kia Motors America National Headquarters in Irvine, California on March 22.

This event challenged 15 nationally recognized Kia technicians to effectively diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems under the close evaluation of Kia University’s technical training staff.

KINGMAN – A central figure in the effort to bring a special election question to the people of Kingman said their group is not yet willing to back down, despite pressure from City Councilman Travis Lingenfelter and attempted intervention by interim City Manager Jim Bacon.

“That's true. We're staying the course,” said Doug Angle. “There has been some discussion about reaching some type of deal but, at the moment, we're not there.”
