The Northern Vertex Mining Corp. announced March 13 that it now has finished product on site.

Mohave Electric customers can get acquainted with Co-op Connections

 

BULLHEAD CITY – Mohave Electric Cooperative (MEC) launched Touchstone Energy’s Co-op Connections Program to members in January 2011.

In just seven years, MEC is excited to announce members have saved over $2 million in prescription savings with the Healthy Savings discounts associated with the card. To celebrate, MEC is again hosting the “Co-op Connections Business Expo” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 16 at the Bullhead Area Chamber auditorium.

Linear accelerator highlights new additions

 

KINGMAN – Crews are working through a punch list with an eye toward the mid-March completion of a $9.5 million expansion and upgrade of the Cancer Care Unit at Kingman Regional Medical Center.

The key feature of the improvement campaign is the addition of a linear accelerator used for radiation treatment.

LAKE MEAD – Lake Mead National Recreation Area welcomed nearly 7.9 million recreation visitors to the park in 2017, according to figures released by the National Park Service. It is the sixth most visited park in the entire National Park Service, moving up one spot from its 2016 ranking.
