Kohl's department store targeted in smash and grab burglary


BULLHEAD CITY – The Bullhead City Police Department is investigating a burglary at Kohl’s department store in the 3600 block of Highway 95, where thousands of dollars worth of jewelry was stolen.


Bullhead City Police responded to an alarm at the store at 5:30 a.m. Nov. 9. Spokeswoman Emily Fromelt in an email said the glass front entrance and the jewelry display cases were smashed.

Store surveillance video shows one male suspect committing the burglary. His vehicle is described as a purple- or blue-colored sports style four-door car with lowered suspension, sunroof and dark rims.

Mohave Silent Witness is offering a reward of up to $750 for any information leading to the arrest of the man responsible.
