FORT MOHAVE – A man police say threw a half-full can of soda at a car occupied by narcotics detectives on Tuesday was arrested on Thursday on possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct charges.

Two other people also were arrested on drug and weapons charges during the execution of a search warrant.

Joseph Scott Collier, 23, was in the neighborhood when detectives with MAGNET – Mohave Area General Narcotics Task Force – served the warrant at a home in the 4500 block of Calle Amigo on March 8. Arrested at the home were Hope Christine Greene, 33, and 36-year-old Frank Lee Dobbins. Greene faces possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia charges. Dobbins faces those charges, as well as prohibited possessor of a firearm and misconduct involving weapons.

Afterwards they spotted Collier and a search allegedly revealed he has a plastic bag containing heroin. The disorderly conduct charge was filed in response to the alleged can throwing two days earlier.
