KINGMAN - Kingman police report the arrest of a man who threatened a manager after entering a business to confront an employee over an alleged debt.

Officers responded just after noon on Jan. 5 to the incident in the 2600 block of E. Andy Devine Ave.

Deputy police chief Rusty Cooper said officers learned that Michael Silvestros, 29, Kingman, ignored a directive to leave the property. “Silvestros is alleged to have gotten physically threatening toward the manager, ultimately brandishing and pointing a handgun at the manager,” Cooper said.

Surveillance video confirmed the manager’s account and Silvestros reportedly admitted his involvement when he was contacted and arrested at a residence in the 3500 block of Skylark Drive. He was booked into jail for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
