KINGMAN - A home security system monitored by cell phone led to interruption of a burglary in progress in north Kingman.

A property owner notified the Mohave County Sheriff’s office on Jan. 6 that surveillance video showed armed intruders inside a residential property in the 3900 block of N. Savvy Way.

“Upon arrival, deputies set up a perimeter and began making announcements for the subjects to exit the residence,” sheriff’s spokeswoman Anita Mortensen said in a news release. “The two subjects exited the residence and were taken into custody without incident.’’

Booked into jail on burglary charges were Daniel Eytcheson, 33, and Ricky Minnis, 36, both of Kingman.
