Santa Claus is coming to town and he made his first stop at the Hualapai Mountain Park last weekend at Santa’s Hualapai Wonderland, along with Mrs. Claus and a few of his elves.

To add to the Christmas theme and beautiful ambiance, was snow on the ground and frigid temperatures. It put all the children and adults in the Christmas spirit and in the North Pole atmosphere. Families enjoyed hay rides, free hot chocolate and coffee, holiday arts and crafts, photos and conversation with Santa and even story time with Mrs. Claus.

“We have been doing this for at least 10 years. I’ve been doing it for eight. We typically have over 2,500 people each day. It’s a huge turn out for us. It’s $7 for each day and we are doing something a little different this year. We’ve got some elfy booths with little props to take pictures with, so you can do that too,” says Mary Hickerson.

If you missed the fun this year, not to worry, it happens every year!
