KINGMAN – Each year, Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) coordinates a “Giving Campaign,” – an opportunity for employees to designate donations to community organizations.

In December, KRMC’s 1900-plus employees voted and chose the following organizations as recipients of their 2019 Giving Campaign:

Cornerstone Mission

Cornerstone mission is a faith-based, nonprofit, homeless family resource center that provides basic necessities to those in need, including emergency shelter, food, and clothing.

Kingman Aid to Abused People

Kingman Aid to Abused People (KAAP) is a nonprofit, community-based program dedicated to providing support to the family in crisis and preserving family unity free from violence.

Kingman Area Food Bank

The Kingman Area Food Bank is a nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding the hungry in and around the Kingman community. The food bank collects and distributes food boxes for those in need.

During the campaign, employees could make donations through one-time cash donations and payroll deductions or sign up to make ongoing contributions through payroll deduction throughout the year. Along with the checks presented from the one-time donations, KRMC employees pledged to over $40,000 to be split among these organizations in the coming year.

Representatives from each organization accepted check donations from the campaign.
